Shipping, Return & Exchange Policies

Local Delivery 
  • Order $55 and above to get free door-step delivery. There will be an additional delivery fee of $5 if your order falls below $55.
  • Orders placed on weekdays after 2pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • We use NinjaVan for local delivery. 
Delivery Time

Deliveries are from Monday-Saturday for orders without frozen items. For urgent order & delivery, please contact us for a special arrangement at +65 90297424. There will be an additional charge of $20. 

  • You will receive a tracking number via email. 
  • Lead time for delivery will be 3-5 working days. 
For Orders With Frozen Items 

Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will get in contact with you to confirm your delivery date and time range. 

  • Please make sure there is someone at home to collect your order with frozen item. 
  • Re-delivery will be subjected to flat rate charges of $20.

We would not be able to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries. Any special request in timing or days, kindly arrange your own delivery. 

We use either Lalamove or GrabExpress for express delivery. 

Self-Collection 

You are welcome to opt for self-collection at 65 Brighton Crescent S(559211), open daily from 11-7pm. Once your parcel is ready for pick-up, you will receive a email or text. 

Out Of Stock Items 

Our team will contact you as soon as possible if one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock.

You can choose to:

  • cancel and request for a refund
  • or change to another item
Return & Exchange Policy 
  • Customers are strongly advised to check the products purchased at the time of the delivery. 

Subject to the customer making a report to our team within 7 days of delivery, we will exchange the product if: 

  • Product is delivered in a damaged condition or past its expiry date.
  • Product has a manufacturer defect. 
  • Product is incorrect. 

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange: 

  • Item have to be in original packaging.  
  • Item have to be unused, unopened. 
  • Item's tag have to be intact. (If there's any) 
  • Item's plastic wrapping have to be intact. (If there's any) 
  • We seek for your kind understanding that we will not be able to process for a return & exchange if your item is not in the original packaging. 

All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

All frozen items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at +65 90297424 with your order number and the reason for return.
  • You will be issued a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Additional Information

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
