Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Local Delivery:
Enjoy free doorstep delivery for orders of $55.00 and above. Orders below $55.00 will have an additional $5 delivery fee.

Processing Time:

  • Weekdays: Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders will be processed the next business day.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.

Special Delivery Requests:
For special delivery arrangements, call or text us at +65 9029 7424. Additional charges may apply.

Non-Frozen Items Delivery (Mon-Sat):

  • Lead Time: 3-5 business days.
  • For urgent orders, contact us to arrange special delivery for an additional $20 charge.

Frozen Items Delivery:

  • Our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
  • We use Lalamove or GrabExpress for frozen items. Please ensure someone is home to collect your order.
  • Re-delivery: $20 charge for missed deliveries. We cannot accommodate time-specific delivery requests.

Self-Collection:
Pick up your order at 65 Brighton Crescent S(559211) from 11 AM - 7 PM. You’ll receive a notification once your parcel is ready for collection.


Returns & Exchanges

Out-of-Stock Items:
If any item is out of stock, our team will contact you via call or text. You can choose to cancel and get a refund, or replace it with another item.

Delivery Issues:
Please check your items at the time of delivery. If there are any issues (e.g., damaged, expired, or incorrect items), please notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange for an exchange or refund based on the issue.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For items with tags or wrapping, those must remain intact.
  • Sale items and frozen items are non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us at +65 9029 7424 with your order number and reason. A return authorization will be issued with instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing. After that, we may no longer be able to cancel your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.
